-Yadira Lizama Mué

I am a PhD student of Hispanic Studies Program at Western University, Teaching Assistant of Digital Humanities, and Research Assistant at Cultureplex Lab. I accomplished a Bachelor degree in Software Engineering at Universidad de las Ciencias Informáticas in Havana, Cuba.  I have more than 8 years of experience in Software Industry working in several projects related to Digitization, Big Data and Business Process Management.

My research interests are focused primarily on cultural analytics, data science, artificial intelligence, network analysis and prediction models to understand and predict Cultural Phenomena. As a member of the Cultureplex Lab I work as a data analyst.

I enjoy sharing quality time with my family which is the most important thing in my life, traveling and reading. I speak Spanish and English, and I am pretty excited to start French next term.
